Landscape Design and Maintenance
We take care of your landscaping projects from the very first inkling of an idea to the weekly
(or bi-weekly) mowing of the lawn once every little detail is in place.
Residential Landscape Design
The process starts with a meeting where your dreams are matched with the suggestions of our experience professional designers.
From there we draw up a proposal to help clarify the scope of the project, the expected budget, the time frame, any anticipated future interventions, and a maintenance schedule. Depending on the nature of the project this may also be subject to a site analysis where our experts survey your existing landscape and check for any natural factors that need to be taken into consideration as well as things like buried utility cables and pipes that may affect the plans.
For installations that involve construction, hardscaping, irrigation, or drainage. We will then create the construction drawings with the details and layout of what will go into your new landscape. We have plant photos and samples of materials to make sure that the plans match your dreams. Lighting projects will also require wiring diagrams of the electrical system.
Commercial Landscape Design
Commercial landscape designs follow the same process as residential but the size of the project tends to be bigger and there may be more legal and administrative steps - permits and planning permission may have to be obtained for example. Depending on the type of zoning and the nature of the work you may need the services of a certified Irrigation Auditor to ensure the proposed water usage is within limits. It may sound more complex but it's all part of our service to make it as simple as possible. Come to Riverside Landscaping to plan your landscape upgrade and we can make sure you get it right and keep it legal.
Residential Landscape Maintenance
Congratulations! You've gone through the design of your dream landscape and we've successfully installed it for you. The job's not done yet though. With landscapes it can sometimes seem that the work is never over as there is always maintenance to be done. Relax; Riverside Landscaping is in it for the long term.
Want your lawns mowed weekly, or bi-weekly? Prefer us to take care of insect and disease control? Need help managing leaf fall, or blocked gutters? We can prune, irrigate, fertilize, and schedule seasonal checks of all your softscape and hardscape features.
Commercial Landscape Maintenance
With commercial landscaping the stakes are raised when it comes to maintenance needs. Not only are projects often on a larger scale than residential but poor maintenance will have an immediate effect on your image, and in the case of drainage, lighting, or hardscape might even leave you open to accusations of neglect or liability. Keeping on top of maintenance can be a full-time job so why not hand that burden and responsibility over to the professionals at Riverside Landscaping. Get in touch right now and we'll draw up a maintenance schedule guaranteed to suit both your project and your budget.
